When you sign in with Google or Apple, we receive your name and email address. We use this to create and identify your account.
When you create a cat profile, we collect the name, breed, date of birth, gender, bio, and any photos you upload for that cat.
We store the reminders you create, including titles, descriptions, categories, scheduled date/time, and completion status.
Your conversations with the AI assistant are stored on our servers so you can access your chat history. Messages are sent to Google Gemini to generate responses.
We collect your device's push notification token (via Firebase) to send you reminder alerts. We store your device platform (iOS or Android).
We track how many AI messages you've used in the current month to enforce free tier limits.
If you subscribe to ClawKin Pro, RevenueCat processes and stores your subscription status, product identifier, price, and currency.
We use PostHog to collect anonymous usage analytics — such as which features are used and how often. We may associate these events with your user ID to improve the app experience. No analytics data is sold to third parties.
We share data with the following services only as necessary to operate the app:

We do not sell your personal data to any third party.
Cat photos are stored in Google Cloud Storage and accessible via a URL. If you share your cat's public profile link, anyone with that link can view your cat's name, breed, age, and photo. You can stop sharing at any time by not sharing the link.
We retain your data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, all associated data — including your profile, cats, reminders, and chat history — is permanently deleted from our systems. You can delete your account at any time from the Profile screen in the app.
Your data is transmitted over encrypted HTTPS and WebSocket connections. We take reasonable measures to protect your information, but no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.
ClawKin is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe we have inadvertently collected data from a child, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.

ClawKin operates using services hosted in the United States (Google Cloud, RevenueCat, PostHog). By using the app, you consent to your data being transferred to and processed in the United States.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
